SPRAYERS

The SERVIROUTE is the ideal machine to accompany asphalt job sites: an emulsion tank for the tack coat, a water tank and a fuel tank for supplying the machines on site. With its compact and modular design, the SERVIROUTE offers an optimal payload.

The ROADSPRAYER can carry out all types of spraying : Surface Dressing, tack coat and priming. This machine guarantees precision application with an operator platform at the rear of the machine.

The EDENSPRAYER can spray all types of binder (standard or modified emulsion as well as every types of hot bitumen), for all type of application (from surface dressing, impregnation, to tack coat).

The FIBERSEALER is a high technology binder sprayer, as it applies simultaneously bitumen emulsion and roving fibre glasses. The process applied by the FIBERSEALER targets cracks, «crocodile» skin, longitudinal cracks, and can be done as a surface dressing or SAMI (Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer)
